3 Account Registration

When you register an account at Dito77, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure without notice.

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to maintain only one Dito77 account. If duplicate accounts are discovered, Dito77 reserves the right to close all accounts and confiscate any balances pending investigation.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Dito77 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Reporting breaches. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Dito77 support immediately at support@dito77.net so the account can be secured without delay.
• Account verification (KYC). Dito77 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity. Standard documents requested include a government-issued ID and a recent proof of address.
• Account updates. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. If your contact details change, please update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Dito77 are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). The platform supports a range of local Philippine payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for Filipino players.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Most deposits are credited to your Dito77 account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes depending on the payment provider.
• Dito77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit where possible. Dito77 reserves the right to require this for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed the same day. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank usually take one to two business days.
• Dito77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and applies to all players regardless of account history.
• Funds deposited for the purpose of betting must show genuine wagering activity before a withdrawal request will be approved. Deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without betting activity may be declined.

5 Betting Rules

Dito77 operates a sportsbook covering a wide range of sporting events, including basketball, football, boxing, and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Dito77 platform.

• Bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed via the bet slip, it cannot be amended or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum bet is ₱100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event — refer to the specific market in the bet slip for applicable limits.
• Erroneous odds. If odds are published due to a clear technical error, Dito77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
• Event postponements. Pre-match bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned if the event does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless otherwise specified.
• Settlement. All bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies for the relevant sport or competition. In cases of dispute, the Company's settlement decision based on available official data is final.
• Suspicious betting patterns. Dito77 reserves the right to withhold payment on bets where there is evidence of suspicious or irregular betting patterns. Affected accounts may be subject to investigation and potential closure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Dito77 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all Dito77 bonuses.

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying bet types are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per eligible player per promotional period.
• Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without replacement.
• Abuse prevention. Dito77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus offer.
• Withdrawal before meeting requirements. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and removed from your balance before the withdrawal is processed.
• Modification of promotions. Dito77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the Promotions page or via account notification.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Dito77 maintains strict standards of fair play and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the Dito77 platform in a manner not intended for standard human use.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or any other promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other interactive game type to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Dito77 platform for any illegal financial activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law, and deliberately misrepresenting your location to circumvent access restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any Dito77 customer support representative or other players on any platform or channel associated with Dito77.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Dito77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Evidence of fraud, match-fixing involvement, or other dishonest conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Dito77 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a player voluntarily closes their account in good standing, any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming
